UrbanLiving is a premium PG and co-living operator in Whitefield, Bangalore, serving 1000+ tenants near ITPL and Kundalahalli Metro. They were our first client on PGflow and the design partner that drove the white-label architecture — custom domain, their logo on every screen, payments flowing into their own business account.
UrbanLiving's operations team was drowning in reconciliation. Three buildings, 200+ beds, and a two-person admin team trying to track rent across Excel, UPI screenshots and tenant WhatsApp groups.
We rolled them out on PGflow with urbanliving.rentals as the primary domain. Tenants onboard via a branded portal, pay rent through their own Razorpay account, and raise maintenance tickets from the app — all without ever seeing the word 'PGflow'.
Within the first quarter, late payments dropped from 30% to under 5%, and the admin team got back ~15 hours a week they used to spend chasing payments.
