PGflow is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets PG and hostel operators run their business end-to-end — all under their own brand and domain. Tenants never see PGflow; they see the operator's logo on every page, every invoice, every WhatsApp reminder.
PG operators in India juggle spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper receipts. Most lose 20–30% of rent to late payments simply because they can't afford to chase every tenant every month.
We built PGflow to close that gap. Every tenant gets an auto-generated invoice, a Razorpay payment link, and a WhatsApp reminder from the operator's own number. Operators get real-time occupancy, a tenant KYC pipeline, and a maintenance ticket board.
The key insight: PG owners don't want to sell a SaaS brand to their tenants — they want to sell their PG. PGflow is white-label at the DNS level. Admins open admin.yourpg.com, tenants open tenant.yourpg.com, and the platform never names itself.
